Finn malakin 200hr eryt

Finn is the owner and operator of SoulWorks Yoga.

I have been in love with yoga since a very young age. I was first introduced to yoga by my Grandmother at our local public library. Later in life, I was introduced to a yoga practice as a young ballerina by my beloved ballet instructor and found my practice to be a freeing and expressive form of a moving meditation. I practiced throughout high school and as soon as I graduated I immersed myself in my teacher training. Yoga for me, has always been one of my greatest intrigues and motivations in life. When I discovered this sacred practice I wanted more and more knowledge of this beautiful world that is yoga. I have always felt closest to my truest and purest form of myself when I am practicing yoga, both on and off my mat. I am a 200hr ERYT and have a continuing education credit in a trauma informed yoga training. I graduated from Marywood University with a degree in Clinical Psychology. I have been teaching for close to 10 years now, and have never felt more compelled to do anything in life. The people and souls that I have met through my journey into yoga are some of my favorite people on this earth, and I have now created a studio where a community can be built on this heartfelt principle. My classes are all filled with peace and a spiritual intention to raise our vibrations to a collective level of love for all things.

My teaching style is creative and dynamic, with a strong focus on spirituality and breath work. I hope to see you in class.

Nicole Schofield 200hr eryt

Meet Nicole, she is a full time physical therapy assistant and 200 hr certified yoga instructor. Nicole was introduced to vinyasa yoga during her massage therapy training at the age of 20. Having very little self awareness back then, the practice was mostly physical and inconsistent. It wasn’t until around the age of 25 that she truly started to explore the depth of the practice. After about a year of a regular practice she decided to take a 200 hour teacher training where she learned the essentials. She then began to develop not only her own practice on a more mental and spiritual level, but also the classes she was leading. Exploring the body and understanding the shapes and sizes of how everything fits and connects are what build the foundation of Nicole’s classes. Paying attention to injury prevention and the alignment of the pose while going inward and connecting to ones truth as the breath deepens allows the class to come full circle, having a wonderful combination and connection to the physical, mental, and spiritual components of ones yoga practice. When Nicole is not on her mat or leading a class, you can be sure to find her somewhere outside, weather strolling with her fury son Toffee or paddling away on her paddle board.

Join Nicole Tuesday nights at 6:00pm to explore inspiring & gentle flows

Jamie Jantz 200hr RYT

Yoga had found me at an early age but it wouldn’t be until I was much older that I would experience the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual transformation that takes place when you open yourself up to all the healing aspects Yoga has to offer. This ancient practice has empowered me to not only overcome addictions and disabilities, but freed my mind from limiting thought patterns. After receiving my RYT200 from Mission Yoga, I had decided I want to share my passion for yoga with anyone hoping to heal and survive the hardships of being human or perhaps just step outside your comfort zone and explore a new practice. It is my pleasure and honor to share this journey with you.

Join Jamie Friday Nights at 6:00pm for a Mindful Flow class celebrating meditation all throughout, Thursday night slow flows & Sunday evenings yin/restorative class.
