Gentle yoga
THIS CLASS IS A MILDER FORM OF A VINYASA, WHILE WE TAKE MORE TIME TO WARM UP WITH SOFT STRETCHES AND WE SPEND MORE TIME WINDING DOWN BEFORE FINAL RESTING POSE. YOU WILL FIND LIMITED STANDING POSES IN THESE CLASSES. THIS IS A LOW IMPACT FORM OF YOGA, AND OFFERS TIME TO FOCUS ON CALMING THE MIND THROUGH GENTLE STRETCHES, DEEP BREATHING AND MINDFUL MOVEMENTS ON OUR MATS.
Vinyasa LEvel 1
This class offers a foundational Vinyasa Flow designed for all levels — from brand-new beginners to seasoned practitioners looking to reconnect with the basics. IT IS LED WITH DEEPER INSTRUCTION, We move with the breath, exploring thoughtful sequences that strengthen, stretch, and build awareness within the body.
Each Teacher offers variations and modifications along the way so every student can practice in a way that feels supportive and empowering.
Vinyasa Level 2
Vinyasa Level 2 offers a more dynamic, strength-building practice for students comfortable with foundational flow. Expect layered sequencing, intentional alignment work, and opportunities to explore deeper transitions and intermediate poses. We move with breath and purpose, building heat as we explore creative transitions, deeper backbends, twists, and balance work. Variations are offered so you can safely challenge yourself and expand your practice.

YIN YOGA IS A FORM OF YOGA THAT DEEPLY STRETCHES AND TARGETS THE CONNECTIVE TISSUE. WE WILL SPEND THE HOUR HOLDING POSES FROM 3-5 MINUTES, TO STRETCH DEEP INTO THE FASCIA AND MUSCLE TISSUE. IT IS SUITABLE FOR ALL YOGIS, AND HAS A TENDENCY TO BALANCE OUT STRONG YANG ENERGY WHILE WE HOLD IN STILLNESS. IT IS A SLOWER PACED FORM OF YOGA, THAT HELPS YOU FOCUS ON DEEP MEDITATION WHILE FINDING A DEEP STRETCH IN THE BODY, ALLOWING STILLNESS TO ENTER BODY AND MIND, WHILE BREATHING THROUGHOUT. JOIN US TUESDAY MORNING 9:00 AM, thursday evenings & Sunday Afternoons at 4:00PM.
Ashtanga Fusion
THIS CLASS IS DESIGNED FROM THE TRADITIONAL PRIMARY SERIES OF ASHTANGA YOGA, WITH A FEW VARIATIONS. ASHTANGA PRIMARY SERIES IS A PRECISE SEQUENCE OF POSTURES CREATED BY SRI K. PATTABHI JOIS IN INDIA. WE WORK TO MASTER THIS CLASS THROUGH REPETITION, EXPECT ALMOST THE SAME CLASS EVERY WEEK. AS WE FLOW THROUGH THIS VINYASA STYLE YOGA FOR 70 MINS WE ARE PURIFYING AND HEALING THE BODY, AND OFFERING A DEEPER OPPORTUNITY FOR MOVING MEDITATION. THIS CLASS IS PHYSICALLY CHALLENGING BUT MODIFICATIONS ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO YOU AND YOUR PRACTICE.
