Gentle yoga
THIS CLASS IS A MILDER FORM OF A VINYASA, WHILE WE TAKE MORE TIME TO WARM UP WITH SOFT STRETCHES AND WE SPEND MORE TIME WINDING DOWN BEFORE FINAL RESTING POSE. YOU WILL FIND LIMITED STANDING POSES IN THESE CLASSES. THIS IS A LOW IMPACT FORM OF YOGA, AND OFFERS TIME TO FOCUS ON CALMING THE MIND THROUGH GENTLE STRETCHES, DEEP BREATHING AND MINDFUL MOVEMENTS ON OUR MATS.
Vinyasa LEvel 1
This class offers a foundational Vinyasa Flow designed for all levels — from brand-new beginners to seasoned practitioners looking to reconnect with the basics. IT IS LED WITH DEEPER INSTRUCTION, We move with the breath, exploring thoughtful sequences that strengthen, stretch, and build awareness within the body.
Each Teacher offers variations and modifications along the way so every student can practice in a way that feels supportive and empowering.
