Small Business Saturday Vendor Market at SoulWorks

Join us at The Peace Place for our annual Small Business Saturday Vendor Event! We’re opening our yoga studio and tea lounge for a festive day of shopping local, community connection, and supporting small businesses, for a successful fifth year!

🗓 Date: November 29th
🕘 Set-Up: Begins at 9:30 AM
🛍 Event Hours: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
📍 Location: SoulWorks Yoga Studio & Tea Room – Hamlin, PA

Vendor Details:

  • Each rental space accommodates one table up to 10ft in length or an 8ft table plus one stand/sign/display.

  • Tables and displays must be provided by vendors.

  • Spaces are limited — first come, first served!

  • Unloading- vendors can park in our lot out front to unload & then move cars to across the street lot (well away from gas station)

  • Vendor fee is due before November 1st- $45 - When payment is received your spot will be held.

  • We’ll spotlight vendors leading up to the event — be sure to share your logo and links! I’ll send over flyers during the month of November to use for event promotion.

We’re excited to bring together local makers, artisans, and small businesses for a cozy holiday shopping experience in our peaceful studio space. Our tea lounge and yoga community draws a crowd that appreciates handmade goods, wellness, artistry, and small business shopping!
